Adda77 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals or for high-value transactions. adda77 reserves the right to suspend payment processing if KYC documents are not submitted.
Adda77 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT (TRC-20). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account tier.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP members receive payments within 1–2 hours. The following factors are taken into account when processing withdrawals:
Standard Members: 12–24 hours. Silver & Gold VIP: 4–8 hours. Platinum & Diamond VIP: 1–2 hours. Processing may be delayed on bank holidays or during system maintenance.
New members receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20x the total bonus amount must be completed.
Every Monday, active members can claim a 10%–30% Reload Bonus on deposits over ৳300. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x. The Reload Bonus is not applied automatically — it must be claimed from your account.
Free bets are available on selected promotions. Winnings from free bets will be paid out minus the original free bet stake. Cashback is credited directly to your cash balance with no wagering requirements.
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through means such as multiple accounts, false information, or collusion will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure. adda77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue its bonus program at any time.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, odds may change at any time — the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
Maximum bet limits apply to each event and market. These limits vary depending on the market, event type, and the member's account tier. adda77 reserves the right to restrict the amount of any bet.
If an event or match is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. If a match is cancelled after partial play, the outcome will be determined in accordance with international rules.
If incorrect odds are published for any reason — whether due to a system error or human mistake — adda77 reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded to the bettor.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on adda77. Violations may result in immediate account closure and legal action:
Adda77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly where a breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or irregular behavior is detected.
You may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded once all bonus wagering requirements have been met prior to closure.
An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 or 1% of the balance, whichever is lower.
